Midstream Texas Operating LLC (MTO) is a private equity-backed petrochemical storage and logistics company with headquarters in Houston, Texas. As a portfolio company of White Deer Energy LLP, MTO’s strategy is to own and operate assets to serve customers throughout the United States. With an initial focus on the Gulf Coast region, MTO currently markets services through a 430,000 barrel terminal with marine, rail and truck connectivity in Ingleside, Texas, as well as through a rail terminal in Corpus Christi, TX for truck to railcar transloading.
